American Rhino Return Policy

At American Rhino, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange an American Rhino product, we are here to help. Please read our return policy guidelines below:

• Time Frame: You can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.
• Condition: Items must be in unworn condition for a full refund or store credit.
• Exclusions: Discounted items are final sale. Damaged or altered items are not eligible for return/exchange.
• Process:
• In-Store: Visit our store with the receipt, credit card, or order details.
• Online: Contact our affiliate store, Asher + Rye at hello@asherandrye.com with invoice information and reason for return/exchange.
• Returns After 30 Days: After 30 days, only store credit is issued. After 45 days, returns are not accepted.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is within 30 days of purchase.
